Note: Registration is still open!now closed. We are looking forward to seeing you all there!

🏃 Full Official Information: 🏃

Our meet will be held from 12:15pm to 6:15pm on Sunday, March 26th, and the registration costs will be just $10 per person with no team or event caps. The meet will tentatively be electronically timed via the SprintTimer app, using FAT methods accurate to the thousandth of a second with official 400m-lap splits. We do not anticipate using the entire 6 hours since we have only used a fraction of that time in past years, so your club should be able to make it home in the same day (shoutout to Duke for making the entire trip in one day!).

Our anticipated (but tentative) Schedule of Events is as follows:

  1. 12:30pm: Field Open for Warm Up
  2. 1:00pm: Rolling Start of events in order, seeded slow to fast:

Please forward this info to any club members that have expressed interest in attending, or post about the meet on your club's Facebook / Twitter / etc to gauge interest ASAP! The simple cost structure of the meet (only $10 a head) is absurdly cheap, and it was designed to allow even small club programs from schools to compete without being penalized for not hitting a team cap. All skill levels are welcomed at the meet, from complete beginners looking to try something new to advanced athletes trying to set a personal best.

If you are worried that you may not be able to send a full team, that is OK! As in previous years, we will be offering Mixed Relays signups for incomplete teams and we will do our best to ensure that everyone is able to compete in relays. The form for mixed relays is here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Iw6dlYdTDOuihc3PYW5OvimQN2Bl8es223nYQmZ82Cg

We will keep our clubrunning.org meet page updated with more information as we get it here: http://clubrunning.org/races/race_info.php?race=503

Let us know if your club plans on attending so we can start getting estimates for attendance! If you and your club are not able to attend Club Penn Relays 8.0 this year, let us know and we will take you off of our mailing list. If your club is coming from far away, we may be able to host your members for free -- please contact us for more information.

Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions! See you all on March 26th!
